Believe me this helps I do it myself.
Do not watch or use computer 30 min. before bed it tricks your body into thinking its day go somewhere quite and dark olny go to bed when your tired drink some warm milk olny consintrate on one relaxing thing if you have a celing fan stare at it while relaxing your mustles from toes to head (all you have to do is say to yourself ex. toes relax) by the time you get to your knees you should be exasted I know I am.
