well, this is hard to answer because I don't know wether you are in a relationship with this boy or you just can't get over him well if your in a relationship this is normal im the same with my boyfriend but to be able to help you get to sleep, text him if he's up asking him like "you up?" if theres no answer he is obviously asleep so just leave him alone and just try to get to sleep think of your memories together and stuff but you will eventually fall asleep, however if your not in a relationship with this lad then maybe talk to your friends arrange a sleep over or just try and forget about him I know this Is hard and it is worser to fall sleep but you just have to try and focus your mind on other things and if you have just broken up yes it is very hard if he finished you this happened to me a few months ago and its the worse thing ever but mine lost feelings for me and told my friend and I was heartbroken crying my self to sleep that helped but woke up in the middle of the night feeling like crying but it does get easier trust me eventually it will anyway
