If his friends are teasing him because he likes you too, it may be that they are afraid of letting go of him as a friend to turn his time over to you. That usually happens early in the growing up years when they haven't had serious girl friends yet.
They could also be teasing him because they don't feel you two are right for each other.
They could also just be teasing him because its their nature to tease him. In that case, are you sure the teasing is centered around you? If you're observing from a far distance and can't really hear what they're saying, how do you know it's about you? Do they all look at you while the teasing is going on?
What's the look on his face while the teasing is going on? If he's smiling while looking at you, it's good natured teasing and a good sign that he likes you too.
If he looks down and away while the teasing is going on with an unpleasant look on his face, it's a sign of bad teasing. If he momentarily looks at you during this time, it could be about you. If he never looks at you while this is going on, the whole teasing thing may have nothing to do with you.
