Yes she does however she is to insecure about her feelings to tell him straight out. Before she was taken off to Hueco Mundo Ichigo was the one person she chose to see. She even almost kissed him when he was asleep but chose against it and after admitting her feelings she left. Tite Kubo most likely will not lean one way or another any time soon as he wants both the Rukia fanbase and Orihime fanbase to grow with anticipation over who will end up with who when all is said and done.
