Throwing up after eating has a definition: purging. (Except if it is in a case where you have food poisoning or an allergic reaction or are sick, and did not mean to throw up on purpose.) Purging, where you intentionally make yourself throw up, is a key sign of bulimia. Bulimia is a dangerous eating disorder. Go to your doctor and get help. If you have an eating disorder your doctor will recommend a therapist for you so you can figure out what's the underlying issue as to why your making yourself throw up. If you literally can't stop throwing up there might be something wrong inside. Go to your doctor for the best answers!

Yes! extremely common! I don't know exact percentages but in my whole school I had about 3 or 4 friends who had bulimia. Their cases were not extreme, they did not throw up after every meal, but they did make themselves throw up very often. Now in college, I see the same trend. Girls can make themselves throw up their food so easily, and even if they don't do it after every meal every day, this is still considered bulimia as their mind cant accept the amount of food they ate.
