I'm going to guess this is in reference to the phrase "pop her cherry". This phrase refers to the breaking or "popping" of the hymen (cherry). The hymen is a membrane that surrounds, and in some cases partially covers, the external vaginal opening. When a girl has sex for the first time, the male's penis can break or rupture the hymen. The hymen can also be ruptured by some exercises such as bike or horseback riding and gymnastics. Injury, pentrating masturbation, gynaecological examinations and in some cases tampon insertion may also cause rupturing to the hymen.
So yes, all girls do have a cherry.

Cherries will ripen if picked after they start to change color. You can place partilly ripe cherries in a bowl or paper bag at room temperature and they will ripen to a degree. We have used the technique on sweet and pie cherries as well as wild cherries. Of course they are not as sweet as cherries picked ripe on the tree but they are an improvement over cherries that you don't get at all because the birds ate them! Greg Schneider
Where do we find the cherries? Well, we can find them in Beady Farm, just where the yellow flowers, (Treasure Bells) are, you walk up to the tree, and kick it! Hi-ya! Then all the cherries will come toppleing down to your lesure.
