It really depends on what is the dose you take, as MDMA reduces in half every six hours in your body. If you take a single dose, it is down to 1 mg in 48 hours so the chances of detecting it are quite low.
Most companies, workplaces, etc. don't test for MDMA; as it's quite pointless and there's little chance that one will test positive.

Who ever answered that is stupid, no offense. But there isn't really a way of telling other then MDMA comes in capsules and the capsule is see-through and you can see that the MDMA powder is tinted brown. You can't have a "sample" of MDMA if you asked a real dealer that he'd laugh at you.
