There are no counter-indications; however some people have complained about Ritalin being ineffective as soon as they begin Accutane treatment. I am starting on Accutane tomorrow, and I have been prescribed Ritalin, so we'll see how it goes. Hope it won't affect my concentration, because that would mean 'bye-bye Dean's list' for me :-0
