Sudocrem is used to treat cuts and grazes, minor burns, sunburn, acne, bedsores and nappy rash. It wouldn't be good for you to eat it, as it is for external use only.
Sudocrem
Sudocrem is generally considered safe for use as a skincare product. However, it is not intended for ingestion, so it could be toxic if consumed in large amounts. It is always recommended to use the product as directed and keep it out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion.
My urine often smells like that but i don't know what it means but get checked out at the doctor's

there is not a treatment for herpes of the genitals but cold sores are considered herpes too. so it really depends which one you are talking about.
I have been using sudocrem and yes it does help. But if you have really badacne I would try using freederm or ask your doctor what would work. Toothpaste is also a good option it helps get rid of germs. Also wash your face every so often with face wash it will help your face from getting spots.
Don't use spot creams, tooth paste or any product that are to powerful for your skin, they can easily leave scars and make the spot even more visible. Try sudocrem which is no harm to anybody and gives you results in just a few hours, trust me iv tried everything and nothing can beat sudocrem. (Get in local supermarket or chemists)

Sudocrem is a skin healing cream specifically designed for nappy rash. However the company also state on their website that it can be used on cuts and grazes, minor burns, sunburn, eczema, dermatitis, acne and bed sores. Some people have used it for cold sores with different levels of success rates. Some people claim it has no effect while others claim it does the job quickly, so it depends on your body. Give it a try if you like. However, if you have used the sudocrem on the bottom of a baby with a rash for example, it might be a good idea to avoid using it on a cold sore, since the bacteria will just be transferred from the pot to your mouth. Zovirax and Blistex are designed specifically for cold sores and are available over the counter at a pharmacy or drug store.
Vaseline is used as a barrier cream to prevent diaper rash, it won't hurt but it isn't a great cure for it. Use Sudocrem or Caldesene which are both available in most stores.
Before using any sort of product you need to wash the area with spots on with as hot water as you can take, then dry off WITHOUT USING COLD WATER, then once dry apply the product. With the second method use cold water before also...... 1.)Best thing to do is, put some sudocrem on the area, with sudocrem a little goes a long way but put on generously over night so you can still see the white in a mirror, don't rub in and the within 1 or 2 days they should all be gone guaranteed. If its the day time, put on some sudocrem and rub it in so you can't see it, this will make the spots look worse for about 30 seconds, after this is covers them up so you can barely see them and then gets rid of them at the same time...a miracle. However, do not use this method for over about 8 months, if you do this it may begin to dry out your skin and then you will need to go and buy a moisturizer. 2.)Another great way if Sudocrem reacted with your skin or you don't have any, use toothpaste ( yes toothpaste) right before bed and leave a blob on over night, this is a great method but can be a little messy. Hope this helps :-)
