Hope that you dont have a hernia which is when the intestines are pushed up against the weak wall of your belly button. When your belly button naturally closes back, you may lose a piece of your intestine. I'm not saying this to scare you. Most likely its nothing. I'm just saying that it could be a possiblity. Next time you check up with your doctor, ask about the pain. I could be normal and the only way to know for sure if something is wrong, is to wait till after you have your child. Everything inside of you should be back in place with no issues at all afterwards.
