Boys looking at you in the showers does not necessarily mean that they have a sexual interest in you. If showering is new to your group or to an individual in your group, then being naked among other boys (even their peers) is an embarrassing but interesting event. These are parts of people's bodies that we don't normally see and thus they've become taboo. Part of dispelling that taboo for people is looking.

Additionally, since you said "boys" it is likely you are an adolescent. If this is the case, then they may also be looking because you may be differently developed than other boys. If you have more or less body hair than other boys or have grown in areas more or less quickly than other boys then this will naturally be of interest to them.

If a particular boy makes you feel uncomfortable by staring at you, saying things that make you feel uncomfortable, or making advances towards you tell him to stop and tell a trusted adult immediately. This may still not mean anything, but you should not be made to feel uncomfortable.

It is natural for boys and even girls to stare at each other in public or school showers. It is just curiosity and comparing you against their own body. Some find it funny and some embarrassing. If you get embarrassed then just turn away and carry on with what you are doing.
