In Episode 24, Light gets the death note back and recovers his memories. He then kills Higuchi making the Death Note his again. But the original owner of the death note at that moment is Rem, so he has to touch the piece of paper from the Misa's notebook to be able to see Ryuk. Ryuk stays Misa's shinigami until Mello kidnaps Sayu, then Light temporally returns one of his notebooks to Ryuk, sends it to the police, and when Soichiro dies, Light is again the owner of one of Ryuk's notebooks.
Well as it is the first human who touches the note when it is dropped in the human world becomes the new owner. It didnt really matter to Ryuk because the note that he dropped wasn't in fact his. At the time it was it belonged to Sidoh and towards the end of the series Sidoh come to take the notebook back witch leaves two notebooks in the human world (not including ryuks). Getting to the point when it is time for the current owner of the death note it is the job of the shinigami possesssing that person to write his/her name into his/her notebook. In a sense it was eaither Light's time to die anyway or Ryuk was fed up of waiting for light to die so he wrote his name in the notebook early. If you mean why did Light HAVE to die then it's obvious because Light or rather Kira was an evil mass murderer who didnt really create the "perfect world" the bad people were still out there they are just too afraid to commit crimes. Light was the bad guy but i kinda liked his personality.
It is impossible to know, since not all of his victims are shown in either the manga or the anime. It is likely an enormous number, though, considering the impact it had on the world and if one were to count the victims of the other Kiras (Misa Amane, Kiyomi Takada and Teru Mikami, who were all acting on Light's behalf) it would, and Kyosuke Higuchi(third Kira who receives the Death Note from Rem) of course, be even more.
Well Ryuk is 8 feet tall so Iām gonna take a guess and say that Rem is somewhere around 8 feet
Ryuk, is, in a way, Light's shinigami. Ren is initially Misa's shinigami. Sidoh helps Mello's gang. (And there is also Gelus, who was the shinigami that had fallen in love with Misa. This one appears only in a flashback).
Well, Yes he was crying :( But he died like that because he was kira :( And i thought that was wrong. Becuz he was just trying to make a bright and ideal world. The people who shot him broke the law actually. Becuz then he had WON. And People were on HIS side then. He got what he wanted though :) Now he's a shinigami and in the world with Ryuk, and Misa. He was killed by being shot like that D: I cried for hours dude :(
He went to the Shinigami world after Light told him to get rid of the death note, but he returned after Light memory's back
Ryuk kills Light by writing his name in the Death Note.
Yes. Because as Light is about to die, he asks Ryuk if the reason the Death Note says people who have used the notebook go to 'mu' (nothingness) is because there is no heaven or hell, and Ryuk says that is correct.
Yes. Ryuk's- Light's name was written then Ryuk took it back to the Shinigami world. Rem's- Burned by Near. Sidoh's- Burned by Near. Gelus's- In ground. [not 100 percent sure]
Yes. He was shot by Matsuda and as Ryuk said when it came time for Light to die, he would write Light's name is his Death Note.
Yes. He gets shot several times by Matsuda but ultimately Ryuk writes his name in his Death Note and Light suffers a heart attack.
oh no not at he end... in some point he is imprisoned for a couple months then he is chained to L... Then at the veryend he dies on a staircase by Ryuk's Death Note
-SPOILER-Light Yagami dies in the very last episode/chapter of Death Note. He is shot several times by Matsuda but ultimately has a heart attack, caused by Ryuk.
Ryuk is a character in the illustrated manga series "Death Note." He is a Shinigami, a god of death who drops a Death Note, a powerful notebook capable of killing anyone whose name is written in it, into the human world, sparking a series of events involving the protagonist Light Yagami.
Rem and Ryuk are Shinigami just as they are in the manga and anime series .
Simile: "Light's mind was like a steel trap, sharp and unforgiving." Metaphor: "Ryuk saw Light as a puppeteer, pulling the strings of life and death with his Death Note."
Well, there are alot of characters, but the main ones are: Light, L, Near, Mello, Ryuk and Misa.
