- Deoxys (available from cave in National Park after getting 30 Hoenn Pokemon)
- Entei (available in wild after releasing it in Burned Tower)
- Raikou (available in wild after releasing it in Burned Tower)
- Suicune (available in wild after releasing it in Burned Tower)
- Ho-oh (available at the top of Tin Tower after getting the Rainbow Wing)
- Jirachi (available as egg on Route 14 under the stone pillar if you have extra slot in party)
- Celebi (available when GS Ball is used in Ilex Forest shrine after being examined by Kurt)
- Lugia (available at Whirl Island)
If you're planning to get the game on a cartridge, however, only Deoxys is obtainable, as cartridges sold over the internet contain Beta 2 rather than Beta 5.
