What do you do with the lighthouse in Pokemon Emerald?

you have to talk to the lady on top of the lighthouse and she will ask you for a medicine then you go to the pharmacy in clanwood and they will give you a secret potion and then give it to the lady who asked you for medicine

Your main objective inside the lighthouse is to get Jasmine, Olivine City's Gym Leader, to return to the Gym so you can battle with her.

Jasmine is inside the lighthouse trying to care for an ill Pokemon at the top of the lighthouse (an ampharous). In order to get to her, you must battle (presumably all) the trainers on your way from to the top of the lighthouse. Once you get to the top, Jasmine will ask you to get a special medicine for the sick pokémon in Cianwood City. Surf (or Fly if you have it) over there, and look for the pharmacist's house, which should be near the pokécenter. Talk to the pharmacist, and he'll give you the medicine you need.

Upon delivering the medicine to Jasmine, she will leave the lighthouse and prepare to battle with you at the Olivine City Gym.

You must continue on over the water to the next town where you will find a dude in a shop who give you 'secretpotion'. Take that back to the lighthouse and give it to the chick.
