In the last act of the Japanese manga, a naked Usagi and Mamoru are shown waking up in the same bed, and are later shown marrying. Usagi tells Mamoru that she can feel their future daughter (Chibiusa) growing inside her, implying she and Mamoru not only shared a bed, but also had sex.
In an earlier chapter, however, there is an implication that she may have had sex with Mamoru
Mamoru and Usagi's Babysitting Mayhem Episode 53 - Sailor Moon R season (2nd)
In the Japanese version it's episode 77 and in the English version it's episode 70. Both in Sailor Moon R."Promises Fulfilled" / "Our Feelings are the Same! Usagi and Mamoru in Love Once Again"
They reunite in English dub episode #70: "Promises Fulfilled," episode #77 in the original Japanese, "The Same Thoughts! Usagi and Mamoru in Love Again!" and remain together from that point onward, despite Mamoru occasionally get brainwashed, kidnapped, or outright killed by the enemy.
There is no episode in which Darien (Mamoru Chiba in the original Japanese) or Serena (Usagi Tsukino) have a baby; they do find out that they are the parents of Rini (Chibiusa) in episode 83, "The Shocking Future! Demando's Dark Ambition!" (76 in the dub, "The Legend of the Negamoon"). The actual birth of Rini is never shown in any episode. They do, however, care for a baby in Season 2, episode 53 (47 in the dub), "Mamoru and Usagi's Babysitting Mayhem!" ("Much Ado About Babysitting" in the dub).
No. Mamoru is the Prince of Earth, Endymion, and the future King of Crystal Tokyo. While he does possess the Golden Crystal, counterpart to Usagi [Serena]'s Silver Crystal, and it is incredibly powerful, it does not make him a Sailor Senshi [Scout]. It is never stated whether it is the Golden Crystal or Mamoru's own past as Prince Endymion that enables him to transform into Tuxedo Mask, but in the manga, where it is revealed that Mamoru possesses a Sailor Crystal for Earth, the way the other Sailor Senshi do for their respective planets, it is assumed that it is because of this crystal (which appears to be embedded inside his Golden Crystal, inside his body), he can do magical things the way the Sailor Senshi can. For that reason, we never see a "Sailor Earth," because Mamoru is already the equivalent of a "Sailor Earth," without actually possessing that title. Series creator Naoko Takeuchi has expressed in interviews that only women can be true Sailor Senshi, but unless Mamoru is a cosmic exception, it is possible that men possess Sailor Crystals. Because the Sailor Crystals only exist in the manga, and not the anime, there is no real way of knowing if this same "rule" applies there.

Several pertinent things happened in Japanese episodes nine through 20 of the Sailor Moon anime:* In episode 10, Sailor Mars joins the team. * In episode 13, Jadeite is destroyed/sealed away by Queen Beryl for his repeated failures to gather energy for Queen Metallia and destroy the Sailor Senshi. * In episode 15, Usagi's feelings for Mamoru are more explicitly hinted at, as she demonstrates jealousy for Rei's first date with Mamoru. * In episode 18, Shingo nearly finds out about Usagi's dual identity as Sailor Moon. * In episode 19, Nephrite mistakes Naru Osaka, Usagi's best friend and schoolmate for Sailor Moon when he sends out a love letter and Naru realizes that they are from him, not "Tuxedo Mask" the hero who saves Sailor Moon. This begins a recurring plot between Naru and Nephrite as their relationship develops.

Mamoru-san. If you don't know who that is, he's the guy that calls Usagi Dumpling Head
Serena and Darien first officially become a couple in the final Alan and Ann episode. In the DiC dub, that's episode 53 Treed. (Japanese: episode 59, The true love awakens! The Makaiju's secret) However, two episodes later, Darien/Mamoru breaks up with Usagi/Serena! BUT!! They get back together for good in DiC episode 70 Promises Fufilled (Japanese: episode 77, The Thoughts Are the Same! Usagi and Mamoru in Love Again) At the end of the StarS anime, they become engaged. However if you read the StarS manga (Act 52 first print, or Act 60 Japanese reprint) They get married, and at the wedding Usagi/Serena discovers that she is already pregnant with Chibiusa/Rini. Usagi keeps the last name of Tsukino. In Naoko Takeuchi's last manga (A short titled Parallel Sailormoon) Usagi and Mamoru are still married and have had two daughters: Chibiusa/Rini and Kousagi, both of whom have their mother's maiden name of Tsukino.
They find out in episode 109 of Sailor Moon S
Since you used the word "season," it depends on which one you're referring to. Because Mamoru (Darien/Tuxedo Mask) and Usagi (Serena/Sailor Moon) first met in the first season and didn't know of their true identities until the near-end of the arc, they weren't "together." In the first part of the second season, Mamoru didn't remember his identity as Tuxedo Mask or Prince Endymion, let alone Usagi. Instead, his memories manifested as the spirit Moonlight Knight, who assisted Sailor Moon in battle. At the end of this arc, Moonlight Knight "merged" with Mamoru and gave him his memories back, and he and Usagi became "official." In the second part of the second season, Usagi and Mamoru dated, up until Mamoru started receiving premonitions that Usagi would die if he stayed with her. Rather than tell Usagi about the dreams, he abruptly broke up with her, citing that he didn't want to be with her because of his past memories. They remained broken up until near the end of the season, when the truth about Mamoru's dreams was revealed, along with their source: his future self, King Endymion. After that, they got back together and remained that way through the final season, when Mamoru gave Usagi a promise ring (an engagement ring in the manga) before he departed for Harvard in the United States.
Seiya (Sailor Star Fighter) initially had the suspicion that Eternal Sailor Moon was Usagi when she mentioned something about Seiya that only Usagi would know in episode 181, when Seiya and Usagi went out on a quasi-date. However, by episode's end, Seiya convinced himself that Usagi couldn't be Sailor Moon, with Usagi herself none the wiser of Seiya's alternate identity. In episode 188, Sailor Aluminum Seiren found out Eternal Sailor Moon's true identity as Usagi Tsukino, and set a trap. However, in order to protect her, Seiya transformed into Sailor Star Fighter, thus revealing his/her identity as Star Fighter. Usagi was shocked, but transformed as well, confirming her dual identity to Seiya/Star Fighter. Since this particular trap took place on an airplane, the presence of the Sailor Starlights in place of the Three Lights and the Sailor Senshi in place of Usagi and the girls pretty much indicated to everyone who their alternate identities were.
That depends on if you are talking about the original Japanese episode 53 or the dub of the series in another language. * In the original Japanese, episode 53 was titled "Mamoru and Usagi's Babysitting Mayhem." * In the English dub, episode 53 was the final episode of the first half of the second season of Sailor Moon (the last to feature the aliens Alan and Ann, along with their energy-sucking Doom Tree) and was titled "Treed."
