There is no episode in which Darien (Mamoru Chiba in the original Japanese) or Serena (Usagi Tsukino) have a baby; they do find out that they are the parents of Rini (Chibiusa) in episode 83, "The Shocking Future! Demando's Dark Ambition!" (76 in the dub, "The Legend of the Negamoon"). The actual birth of Rini is never shown in any episode.
They do, however, care for a baby in Season 2, episode 53 (47 in the dub), "Mamoru and Usagi's Babysitting Mayhem!" ("Much Ado About Babysitting" in the dub).

He does break up with her toward the beginning of the second part of Season 2, in episode 61, "Huge Shock for Usagi! Mamoru Declares a Breakup!" (episode 55 in the dub, "The Cosmetic Caper"). During various points during their split, Mamoru deliberately led Usagi to believe he had moved on and gotten a new girlfriend (Unazuki/Lizzie, the younger sister of Mamoru's best friend, Motoki/Andrew), but she later found out that Mamoru had just done Unazuki a favor, and was not actually dating her.
