In Pokemon Yellow Pikachu knows Thundershock QuickAttack MegaPunch and ThunderWave and he just got to level 20 and is trying to learn Slam so should he learn Slam and what should it replace?

I say you don't learn it. Quick attack is real handy in tight situations and that's the only one that I'd even consider getting rid of. Then again, if you're more of an all out offensive type, get rid of Thunderwave.
