The effect of an 'Ancient Gear' will not negate the effect of 'Gravity Bind'. The effects of Spell or Trap Cards that are already face-up can still have their effects activated. However, face-down Spell or Trap Cards cannot be activated.
If your opponent's monster is in attack mode, then the opponent will take battle damage if you destroy the monster with a stronger one. The amount of battle damage they take is equal to the ATK of your attacker, minus the ATK of the defending monster. If your attacker has 2400ATK for example and the defender's is 1800, then the opponent will take (2400-1800) 600 battle damage. If your opponent's monster is in defence position, then the opponent will not take any battle damage at all, regardless of how much higher your monster's ATK is than the defender's DEF.
I am fairly sure you cannot activate "Defense Draw" after an opponent's Ancient Gear monster inflicts Battle Damage in order to reduce the damage to 0 and draw a card. Here's why:First of all, this scenario is referring to an effect most Ancient Gear monsters possess: If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell or Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step.In case you did not know, the Damage Step is the part of the Battle Step that consists of (1) the point right before damage is calculated between two monsters, (2) damage being dealt to a monster, (3) dealing any damage to the player's Life Points (LPs), and (4) if any monsters are destroyed, they are sent to the Graveyard."Defense Draw" must activate during that third portion of the Damage Step when you are going to lose LPs. Since this is still during the Damage Step and if you are being attacked by an Ancient Gear monster with the above effect, you cannot activate "Defense Draw".
Tremendous Fire
The ATK gain is for the Damage Step only. She's 1200 ATK at all times, except for during the Damage Step for a direct attack against the opponent, in which she will be 1700ATK. As soon as the Damage Step ends, the bonus is lost.
24: there are 14 Damage Dealing or Physical moves that affect the opponent's HP and 10 Non-Damage Dealing moves that affect the opponent's Status.
If your monster is stronger than the opponent's, and theirs is in attack position, then yes. So if your monster was 2400 ATK and the opponent's is 1800ATK, then first, during Damage Calculation, the opponent will take 600 damage to his lifepoints. Then at the end of the damage step, the monster will go to the graveyard and the opponent will be dealt a further 1800 damage from your monster's effect.

The damage is equal to the monster's ATK, with all bonuses and penalties applied.
give your opponent 6 damage.

Magic: The Gathering, is a game that uses cards during gameplay. The mugging card causes 2 damage to the opponent. The opponent cannot block this turn.
'Defense Draw' does not stop monsters attacking at all, it just reduces battle damage. However, when Ancient Gear monsters attack, they stop the opponent activating spells or traps until the end of the Damage Step. Defense Draw has to be activated before that, during Damage Calculation, so could not be used in this case.
It depends - the level of the user, the user's items and type, the level of the opponent, the opponent's items and type...

you'll win the election
You fight them until its says you took them out or in the opposite way if they beat you then you get snuffed. You give damage more than your opponent health, and it must more than 20 damage, because it will be marked as iced when your damage to them below 20
ok if it says deal X damage to target opponent than deal X damage to opponent and NOT creature. if it says deal X damage to target creature than deal it to the creature and NOT the player. if it says creature and player deal it to a creature and a player ect. the point is you will get a strait awnser if you just READ THE CARD, AND NEVER BEND WHAT THE CARD IS SAYING. ex: if it says get a creature from the grave and you get a instant you are bending the rules (it happens ALOT).
