How do you unlock the pokewalker route beyond the sea in Pokemon heartgold?

unofrtunately, you can't unlock the hoenn or sinnoh regions in heartgold or soulsilver. but i hear that the Pokemon executives are going to come out with a game that encompasses all the regions soon. (I think it starts with the hoenn region, then goes to kanto, then johto, then sinnoh.

∙ 14y agoBy earning Watts, and events. You can get these by basically walking lots, so the more you walk, the more courses you get. You get 1 Watt every time you walk 20 steps.
