you'll find them in a fossil ( you probably figured that out ) but it should be at mount moon. you can revive the pokemon at cinnabar island.
( to get amber fossil which has aryodactyl, go to the secret part of the pewter city museum and you'll need hm.1 which is cut )

∙ 12y agoAt mt moon you get to choose one of two fossils- dome or helix. Keep them until you get to cinnabar island and when you do go to the Pokemon lab and resurrect them- the dome fossil gives kabuto and the helix gives omanyte
