Oh, dude, getting all the Eevee evolutions in Pokemon Flora Sky is like a walk in the park... if the park was filled with rare Pokemon. You can evolve Eevee into Vaporeon near water, Jolteon near thunderstones, Flareon with a fire stone, Espeon by leveling up with high friendship during the day, Umbreon with high friendship at night, Leafeon near a moss rock, Glaceon near an ice rock, and Sylveon with high friendship knowing a fairy-type move. Easy peasy, right?

vaporeon: water stone

leafeon: level up in eterna forest

flareon: fire stone

espeon: happiness in the daytime

to get all of the eevee evolutions first you have to catch a ditto and put it and your eevee in the daycare center together. Eventually an egg will appear. do this 5 times so you have the right amount of eevees to evolve. Then, to get the three Kanto evolutions, get the three stones (fire, thunder, water) and give it to your eevee. it will automatically evolve. it's a little harder to get umbreon and espeon though. The evolution into those two is based off the clock system which isn't in FR or LG. So, in order to get them, you have to get them in either ruby, sapphire, or emerald and trade them over (to do so, you have to have gotten the ruby and sapphire and given them to celio). to get them, you have to make the eevee happy during day or night (day=espeon, night=umbreon). this can be a really long process so you kinda have to have some patience. to raise their happiness, you can put it up front, give it an item to hold, get it groomed, NEVER let it faint (heal it immediatley after damage), and NEVER put it into the PC. i'm sure there are other ways but those are the most common. and of course leveling up. hope i helped!
