yes, they did. Actually it was about 6 years before the show. They had split up because Martin had some anger issues she didn't know about. They became friends on the set of Martin, but she felt like he still had feelings for her so she felt uncomfertable. He touched and talked to her in innapropriate ways. He wanted her back but she kept rejecting her. Tisha Cambell sued Martin Lawrence for sexual abuse. Tisha Cambell had left the show. Tisha Cambell took Martin to Rehab because she felt he needed a lot of help. The two had stop talking for many years but after Martin got better they reunited as best friends.

I'm not sure about all that other stuff but Tisha didn't leave the show. She was there from beginning to end she just didn't film any scenes with Martin in the last few episodes as part of the law suit settlement. I didn't know they dated though. I always thought it was Martin and Tichina dated before Martin started.

yes they do still talk but martin has to stay a few feet away from her, honestly i think the only reason tisha sued him was because she wanted to make money off of him but besides that they are fine.
