Yes, the Xbox 360 disc cleaner is actually designed to clean an Xbox 360 game disc and to clean the game system.
Put toothpaste on it it may work for minor scratches but im trying it now and i gonna check if it works if not take it to a repair disc shop
The xbox 360 can badly damage disks if you tilt the xbox from horizontal to vertical (or vice versa) making them to the point of unreadable
It means either the disk is unreadable because of a dirt or scratched. Also, the disk drive may be dirty.
Gamestop will clean some xBox 360 game discs.

Currently, no. You should get a PS3 to do that.
download the updates from the official xbox 360 website then burn them on to a data disc then put the disc into your xbox 360 and install the updates.
Well, if you know that it is the xbox 360 that's causing the problem, you should probably take it into a shop to be repaired. Sorry if thats not much help.

jeez...just put the game disc into the xbox 360(CD/DVD driver)
No, you get it over XBox Live.
it happened to me, the disc may become unreadable. try xbox.com/help or something, it is easy to figure out if that doesn't work you may need a new disc. what i did was i bought insurance on the disc when i bought it so if it happened again i could just send it back and get a free new one. the insurance in only a few extra $$.
You do not unless you want to ruin the disc.
