You should re-sync it by
1.taking off the battery cover
2.taking off the plastic flap near the disc slot at the front of the wii
3.press the red button inside your wii and hold for 15 seconds
4.press the button on your wii remote
this should work. If not so, make sure the wii sensor bar is plugged in properly.
