You get to where mesprit is on the map you are right on the spot but you dont see mesprit why not?
Mesprit should be the first Pokemon you encounter.You may be in the wrong spot.I was on the route to Snowpoint city and I had to go up the stairs then go to tall grass.Sometimes Mesprit can be in water,so you should use Surf if it's not in the tall grass and there is water near.It could be on another place like after you go up stairs and see tall grass.If you couldn't find it in either of these things,Mesprit probally teleported somewhere else.
Or, send a level 50 or less Pokemon to the front of your party and use a Repel. It should repel all wild Pokemon of lower level than yours. Run around in grass and you should find Mesprit.

u use the marker chart on ur poketch to see exactly where mesprit is, and then when its on the exact spot where u are, run around in grass, although for some reason i only get mesprit when i am riding my bicycle so try riding ur bike through the grass. u will know its mesprit because the music will have a more serious edge to it, unlike the regular tune when u encounter a common Pokemon. best of luck catching mesprit because i tell u from expierience, ITS HARD! i still havent caught it yet and even if it has 1 HP left, even a quick ball wont shake! just once if ur lucky but i havent gotten any farther than that.

you first need to encounter it the first time,then you will be where you are now,then when you are both at the same spot on the map,then you must,encounter it in the grass I REALLY hope I helped you out this is now Yojhosh,:P

When azelf uxie mesprit flee where can you find them?
You find them all at separate lakes. You can catch Uxie and Azelf at their lakes. Mesprit flees again when you go to her lake. You need to use the map marker poketch app to find it. PS: Don't fly towards the Mesprit. It will go to a different spot then. Use your bike or run to get to it.
