There are lot of rumors for 2012 or 2013 release date. I'm sure if there's a community of people desiring it, then Sega will resurrect the Dreamcast.
If Sega releases Shenmue 3, on the Xbox 360/PS3 or XBLA/PSN, I believe there will not be a Dreamcast 2 anytime soon.
