Cheat engines are mostly is used hack YOUR account when you type your account in. YouTube comments are mostly made from the same user to trick you.

Also, Runescape is fully protected so Money Makers and Skills boosters and cheat engines don't work but hack your own account or something else.

But if you are asking about the Cheat Engine program then it won't work on a game like Runescape.
