ok that last person was not nessicery it wouldn't work on my computer so i figured out you Jan just download again and drag the file to your desk top and when you want to play just drag the file to a visual boy advance icon
this is for the white screen 1) open your visual boy advance emulator 2) go to options 3) in the options menu go to emulator 4) on emulator go to save type 5) and finaly on save type chose the option Flash 128k. EDIT: apparently some roms don't work for it so you have to redownload them. i got Pokemon sapphire from www.romulation.net and it is a fail so just don't get THAT EXACT copy, you can still download all the other ones though
Yes, you can! All you have to do is connect the Xbox 360 wired controller to a USB port. After you have connected and installed the 360 controller, open up Visual Boy Advance. From there, select (at the top) Options > Joypad > Configure > 1. From there is it pretty self explanatory... One tip though: for some reason when I configure my 360 controller, it takes a second for it assign the button to what I want it to do, so after you input your selection, wait a second, otherwise, if you are pressing the button again when it moves on to the next button to configure, you will configure the same button to do two things. FOR EXAMPLE: You are configuring the joypad input for "up". You press the analog up on you 360 controller, and the Visual Boy doesn't register it for a second, so you press up again. Chances are, the visual boy would have moved on to 'down' while you are still pressing up on the 360 controller, so now it is mapped as up on the 360 controller being up AND down on the Visual Boy. As long as you aren't retarded, it is an easy fix (and I am probably confusing you more by explaining it all) but yeah, in short, it works great! Have fun with the VBA! P.S. If it helps, I am running it on my laptop with Vista Home Premium Service Package 1 with no problems what so ever.
I'm assuming that you are using the emulator the visual boy advance prgramme. You have to download the programme to play. The game isn't that big. It's about the size of a song. If you download anything lower than about 2,000KB then watch out! You may be downloading a virus. I use Limewire myself but that doesn't give a very good programme. After downloading something, just drag the icon on your emulator. Wah-lah! There you go. OK i have downloaded it all it lets me get up to the part and ses that the batterys are iternaly dry and dosent let me go any feather wat do i do PLEASE tell me.? For the person who wrote all that... To fix the batteries go to Options , emulator and turn real time clock on. also that doesnt stop the game, just stop timed events like say.. low tide... also tell us ALL where you got dragonstone! >=(
There are no specific games for the GBA SP to my knowledge, it just plays GBA games, so if you have a GBA SP and Sonic Adventure 2 for the GBA you can play it.
this may not be so useful, but try doing it on windows, not mac.

No.
No, Pokemon X and Y are 3DS games, so there will be no version of them for the Game Boy Advance. Nintendo is no longer making games for the Game Boy Advance.
Yes, you can play Game Boy Advance games on the SP. After all, the SP is part of the Game Boy Advance line, so it's meant to play those games.
gba files mean Game Boy Advance,so you need a game boy advance emulator.you can download it from http://vba.ngemu.com/downloads.shtml
I think so.

There isn't any difference between the gameboy advance and the gameboy advance SP, other than design and the backlight added to the SP. So, there's no difference in the games, either, and you can play any gameboy advance game on an SP or on the original advance.
