Call of Duty: Black Ops is rated M for the ESRB for "Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, and Strong Language".

For "Blood and Gore": The blood and gore is as violent as World at War, and very violent. Limbs get blown off, blood goes everywhere, and people get decapitated. In one level, you torture a bad guy by punching him violently in his face and forcing him to eat broken glass. He then get shot in the head and brains go everywhere.

For "Intense Violence": Allot of FPS violence, but if you've played a game in the Modern Warfare series, it's not as strong.

For "Strong Language": ALLOT MORE LANGUAGE THAN OTHER COD GAMES!!! These include about 80 uses of the F word, 50 uses of the S word, and many uses of more milder words too. Also, people online often swear and use very vulgar songs (Including Rap) and include allot stronger language like the C and F word.

This is all true!

All of these things are true but you can turn off the blood, gore, and profanity so the game would only have violence not intense violence because you need blood and gore for it to be intense violence So this game deserves a T rating
