depends on how weak he is and how lucky you are
Of course, but it would be much easier and probably less expensive to catch him with an ultra ball. I've caught him with a great ball a few times when I've run out of ultra balls.
actually, ANY ball can miss, save the master ball. ive missed with ultra balls against zapdos; i missed maybe 7 times, but as soon as i hit it i caught it. but can you imagine yourself as a Pokemon trainer and you missed a Pokemon? man i would feel dumb lol
the ultra ball is actually the worst ball to try and catch zapdos with, although you would think its the strongest next to the master ball, it really isn't for legendary Pokemon, i would sugjest one, saving before him, and two using pokeballs instead
Moltres: Victory Road. Articuno: Seafoam Islands. Zapdos: Power Plant Also, a common misconception with the Legendary Birds is that you can't catch them if they aren't Asleep, because the Poké/Great/Ultra Balls you throw always miss otherwise. Well, if they miss, it just means that they would have broken out of the ball if it had hit. However, if the ball does hit them, then it will always capture. For example, you're trying to catch Zapdos, and you throw an Ultra Ball. It's Paralysed, and has just a slither of health left. It misses, and it attacks you. It missed, because the game knew that the ball you just used would not have caught the Pokémon, and Zapdos would have broken out of it if you had hit it. Next turn, however, you throw a second Ultra Ball, and this time it hits. Because it only hits when the game knows that it will catch it, then that Ultra Ball you just threw caught the Zapdos. Hope that clears it up.
i dont know maybe cause your stoopid
depends on how weak he is and how lucky you are
Grand Master Greevill has shadow zapdos to catch it weaken it to red hp then paralyze it use many ultra balls when your running out try timer balls i caught it with a timer ball.
To obtain Zapdos in Yellow, you must have Surf. Zapdos is located in the Power Plant in Route 10, south of the Pokecenter. You should use Ultra balls.
catching a legendary zapdos is no simple feat. have a few quick balls on hand and throw them as soon as battle starts but stock a good supply of ultra balls just in case and save in front of zapdos cause if he beat u you get to battle him or her again. it will work.
You catch Zapdos in the power plant by rock tunnel. There should be a level 50 Zapdos. If you want to catch it there is 2 options.1. Waste your master ball.2. Sleep, poison, paralyze,or freeze it, then keep using ultra balls.( it is impossible for a regular pokeball)yep the guy above is correct. Use ultra balls and paralyze zapdos. Buy about 30 to 35 balls but take zapdos to 1 hp before using ultra balls.I caught one with a Great-Ball. I did'nt do anything to the CUTIE Zapdos(look at it's eyes!) It is heathy when i just caught one! I just don't know how to get to the power plant. Ah, my Venasour is AWSOME! PS don't call me guy. I am a girl
You can but the place where you get it is clasified for 2 reasons, because I don't know where it is because I only have Silver Version (They are actually different different!) and 2 because if I did know I still wouldn't tell you SORRY!
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET ABOUT 20 ULTRA BALLS AND KEEP AT IT. TRUST ME I JUST CAUGHT ZAPDOS IT WORKS ! GOOD LUK ;)
Yes he is, you just need to save infrount of him, have lots of ultra balls, someting to put him to sleep, and patience
Zapdos can be found in the last area of the Power Plant. To catch it, you can certaintly wait until you recieve the Master Ball from the Silph Co. President. Zapdos will be caught no matter what. Otherwise, you will have to train your other Pokemons to at least level 40 or higher to be able to lower Zapdos' HP down (Zapdos is Level 50). Then have a Pokemon that can put Zapdos to sleep which will enable the chance to catch it (Zapdos will dodge the ball if not asleep). It is recommended that you use Ultra Balls to have even a chance to catch it. Stock up on Potions and Ultra Balls, and you should be able to catch Zapdos sooner or later.
Zapdos is one of the legendary Pokemon which means it's tougher to capture then the wild Pokemon you find easily in the grass but yes you can catch it, you just need time and patience and plenty of ultra balls.
Ultra balls are a pretty common ball that you can buy at most pokémarts to catch Zapdos. Dusk balls, which you can buy at some pokémarts and at the safari zone, are good only if it's dark out. Master ball will catch it no mater what. Fast balls are great the more times Zapdos uses Agility. You can get them from Kurt in Azalea Town, Johto. Hope this helped :)
