Otherwise, you will have to train your other Pokemons to at least level 40 or higher to be able to lower Zapdos' HP down (Zapdos is Level 50). Then have a Pokemon that can put Zapdos to sleep which will enable the chance to catch it (Zapdos will dodge the ball if not asleep). It is recommended that you use Ultra Balls to have even a chance to catch it. Stock up on Potions and Ultra Balls, and you should be able to catch Zapdos sooner or later.
