Kids usually twitch when there under stress or at a time of anger. This is normal in adults too. I am eleven and my eyes get twitchy all the time. My mother said kids (or adults) that twitch usually aren't sick with anything, but twitching is a normal thing that usually happens in forms of: eye twitching, thumb and pinkie finger twitching and sometimes other facial twitches.
