∙ 13y agoOn a real cartridge, this means that the battery in the cartridge that is used to keep time has gone dead. You need a special screwdriver (called a "tri-wing) and a replacement battery. Some cartridges may not have an easily identifiable battery, and are difficult to fix.
On an emulator, this means that the RTC (real time clock) is not enabled.
Edit
Actually, it means the emulator has not been set to 128K saves.

Either a short to power or a bad fan switch.
If you have no power to anything, and your battery isn't dead, then you more likely have a bad ground. If the battery is dead/keeps dying, there's a good likelihood that the alternator isn't charging it adequately.
probably clock and/or alarm system - draws a lot of power
In a desktop computer, the battery stores the CMOS settings and keeps the real-time clock running. In a laptop computer, the main battery is used to power the computer when it is not plugged into a wall adapter.
Pretty much everything. It provides the spark for the spark plugs, the power for all electrical and electronic components, etc. The alternator doesn't take over for the battery once the car is started - it simply keeps the battery charged.
No it keeps its energy cards. But the more energy cards does not increase attack power
memory is not accessed when the computer is turned off. If the computer is in sleep mode, it retains power until resumed. If computer is in hibernate mode, contents of memory are written to disk first before power off, and reloaded on power on.
