wargreymon for the simple fact that in pokemon mewtwo has 680 bst in Digimon everyone one of there stats can go to 999.but wargreymon would be a little big faster imo has is stated that his sheild cannot be broken mewtwo would get raped if he thinks he will be able to one shot him and lets wargreymon get close if he can avoid those meele attacks he has a chance it also depens on if black wargreymon or just normal cos if u using pokemon logic black war would not be affected by some of mewtwos attacks in the long run wargreymon should win do to sheer bulk and being able to use meele and ranged where mewtwo will likely be forced to ranged combat
