It all depends on how you raise them but in retrospect seeing as how swampert is part ground type I'd say wailord is stronger.

But sometimes a Pokemon has a special move. they can defeat Pokemon of many lvls higer with that. well swampert is water ground and sceptile is grass so if you matched them up to battle each other no crap im going with sceptile 4 times effective to swampert all tho i love swampert blaziken and sceptile but i prefer grass Pokemon its just me.

Is swampert stronger than Blastoise?
Well, it will be a long battle if they are fighting each other. Since both Pokemon are water types, they both are Not Really effective on each other. Swampert can try using Ground type moves, but that will not really help Swampert much. I'm guessing at the end, Feraligatr will win at the end, since it is faster.

That Team is good but Train your Pokemon at least all of them to 70 or over then your good for a battle but not me because I have Swampert lvl 100 Aggron lvl 93 Salamance lvl 100 Metagross lvl 87 Wailord lvl 91 and Marcargo lvl 86.
