It all depends Oshawott is a water type and his weakness is grass. Snivy is a grass type and her weakness is fire and Tepig is fire and its weakness is water. So it will be a draw. But I think the real winner will be Tepig. I always thought Snivy was the best. But for sure not cute, little Oshawott. He is terrible, but is still cute. So the winner is Tepig.
