freckleslam is a known toontown hacker and the leader of the order he also hates anti caln for taking credit for what he done.
His father worked for Toontown, and supposedly taught him about codes and stuff. He (maybe) found a way to help stop lag, and when his dad told Disney about it, they didn't like the idea for unknown purposes. His dad fought with Disney about it and somehow got himself fired.
The kid was furious with Disney and created a toon named Freckleslam. This was the first Hacker. He created hundreds of codes, scaring people and terrorizing Toontown. Disney finally stopped him, as if they didn't he might have succeeded in destroying Toontown.
Many hackers today try to follow in his footsteps, and some even say they are the real freckleslam.
He was the greatest hacker of all.
