Gardevoir and Gallade are both powerful Psychic type Pokemon and which one you use is really up to rather you prefer physical or special attackers. The two both have about equal defenses, hit points and speed, but Gardevoir is a good special attacker and Gallade is a good physical attacker. Gardevoir usually tends to play more of a supporting role in teams rather than using direct attacks, since it's movepool is sort of limited. Gallade is more of an attacker because it has great attack and lots of options for moves with different types. Gallade can take on more foes with it's diverse movepool and extra fighting type, a very good attacking type. Your decision depends on what you prefer (attacker or supporter), but I feel Gallade is better since he can use a wide range of attacks, power up his attacks with bulk up and swords dance and since he has an extra type which pairs well with the Psychic type (fighting is super effective against dark, which is immune to Psychic attacks). Gallade's best move set would proably be Leaf Blade, Close Combat (use a PP Max on it) Stone Edge (PP Max) and Psycho cut.

Gardevoir can't evolve into Gallade, but a male Kirlia can if you use a Dawn Stone on it.
you cant get gardevoir but you can catch either ralts or kirlia and evolve it int gardevoir(ralts to kirlia to gardevoir to gallade
If your Ralts is male, then it goes from Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, OR if you give it a dawn stone before evolving it into Gardevoir, it evolves into Gallade. If it is Female, it cannot evolve into Gallade, it will always be a Gardevoir.
nope you should not do that
Kirlia evolves into Gardevoir at level 30 but Gardevoir never evolves. Kirlia can also evolve into Gallade. I forget how though.
