Who is weaker out of Dialga and Palkia in Pokemon platinum?
Well it really depends on what you are doing and what moves they have. At the moment I have a level 100 Palkia (Moves- Surf, Spatial Rend, Aura Sphere, Earth Power) that is my favourite and the better due to the fact Dialga's level is 88 and the moves i taught are mostly crap (moves- roar of time, earth power, cut, strength). They both do a good job of smashing other Pokemon. I'll get dialga up to level 100 (teach it some good moves) and vs Palkia. I'll get back to you on this one. Yeah I did this and Palkia SMASHED Dialga. But I think it still doesn't matter because you will rarely be versing hard Pokemon.

Dialga and Giratina I'm not sure.... that's because palkia stud strong and didnt use protect

No one really knows, it's nature can be different with each game that's being played. Palkia's faster, but Dialga can learn trick room. Regarding trick room, Palkia can learn earth power as a comeback, which has 90 power and 100 accuracy and is super effective against Dialga, but Dialga knows roar of time, which has 150 power and 90 accuracy. I've tried this before and used it on a Palkia, Giratina, and Arceus. For Palkia, it sucked against roar of time. It was a one hit KO.

Is Dialga or Palkia better?
On one side, Dialga's Roar of Time overpowers Palkia's Spacial Rend. Dialga has high Defense, since Steel-types boast the highest defense against most types and immunity to Poison. On the other hand, Palkia's only weakness against Dragon is better than Dialga's type-disadvantages of Fighting and Ground. Dialga can't learn any moves by level-up to use against Fighting or Ground Pokémon. Also, Spacial Rend has high critical-hit ratio and doesn't need to recharge, unlike Roar of Time. Stats: HP Atk Def Sp.Atk Sp.Def Speed Dialga: 100 120 120 150 100 90 Palkia: 90 120 100 150 120 100 Therefore, a strong-enough Sp.Atk move like Blast Burn or Palkia's Spacial Rend stands a chance against Dialga, while Outrage or Dialga's Roar of Time is effective against Palkia. Dialga has a higher Def, while Palkia has a higher Sp.Def, so it depends if you prefer your a legendary dragon to have either a higher physical or special defense.

I traded my friend for an Arceus and i got a Manaphy in Pokemon rangers in which i did an event for Darkrai caught Palkia and Dialga and A giratina raised them all to level 100 so my team is as the following.. Arceus lvl. 100 Manahpy lvl. 100 Darkrai lvl. 100 palkia lvl. 100 Dialga lvl. 100 Giratina lvl. 100
