The Noose wand is used in the Hunter skill to catch kebbits while tracking. It can also be wielded. Once a Kebbit has been found, equipping the Noose wand allows the character to catch the Kebbit. Without the Noose wand a Kebbit will simply be scared off.
u get the wand and .............................................................................. figer it out yourself (clue:there is alot of hidden doors in the castel
For the wand/staff production manual, you can use it to synthesize a wand or staff through an NPC in Ludi (he's somewhere in the toy factory, although I don't know exactly where). If you prefer to buy your wands/staves rather than making them, then you can just sell it.
a noose wand

It was a CD-based console that was home to four games featuring Nintendo licenced characters, Hotel Mario, a Mario-based game, and three Legend of Zelda-based games: Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, Link: The Faces of Evil, And Zelda's Adventure, all the games (except Zelda's Adventure) are infamous for their cutscenes, as they are commonly parodied on Youtube, as "Youtube Poops".
Morshu is the name of the shopkeeper from the Goronu level of Link: The Faces of Evil. He only had two lines, but they have become widely popular in the YouTube Poop community. He is affectionately named The Shopkeep by some YouTube Poop fans, mainly due to many of the reasons why the CD-i Zelda games are popular in the first place. He was featured in an FMV, and his dialogue isn't quite as well thought out as most of dialogue from the official Zelda series, similar to the dialogue from the rest of the game and Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon.
Definately the voice activated illuminated wand!

Well, it depends what wand you get because the wand chooses the wizard/witch.

You must select the mare you want to use the wand on BEFORE you breed it. You can either go to the horse's page, select the stud you wish to use and before clicking the breed button, click on the link on the right side of the wand. Or go to the Black Market, select the wand, then select the mare you'd like to use the wand on.
