If you travel south from veilstone you will be at a resort you cant travel east due to power outage but you go through the resort to the beach then to the left. you will be in pastoria. That is the fourth gym. you chase a grunt from team galactica. You will reach lake valor. A woman will give you a potion to move the psyduck in solacean town. you travel north with defog(which you get from a man as you enter the great marsh) You will reach celeste town and give the womans grandma a charm you battle a grunt then you can fight Fantania.
