I believe it is Bandos. -says yihang,but i disagree. if you want good protection against melee and ranged,you might want to go with dragon skin armor. but there are 3 major drawbacks with this armor,(1)it is very expensive,(2)you need a very high defense level,and (3)its corrupted for free world,which means that in about half an hour or so,it will dissolve away. but if you want high protection against ranged and melee at a reasonable price,you should get rune armor. however both these armors actually make you weaker twards magick attacks than if you didn't where them. please note that the better the armor is against ranged and melee,the worse your protection is against magick attacks. so if you want all-round protection,your best bet would be to get hard leather armor. its lightweight,which means you can run longer and faster,and it gives all-round protection,plus its cheap and you don't need a high defense level to aquire it. but hey,its your choice.
