All are good at diffrent things
Tau: Great for long range but not much else
Tyranids: Great for swarming in close and personal and ripping them up
Chaos: Good all round troops well balanced for beginners
Necrons: Think you kill them they get back up! damn things don't die! They have great leadership as are robots
Overall id say necrons or tyranids. i personally prefer necrons but that is just me.

Shadow is the ultimate life form, he can use chaos control; chaos blast with on chaos emerald and chaos spear and chaos warp with two, he his as fast as sonic and can fly with his shoes and had the world in his grasp once and his own game and his very strong, smart and awesome. Tails has two tails is yellow and flies instead of running and is a sidekick and his game was bad.
Chaos is a Water-ish type of creature who came from the Master Emerald, also if you feed him a Chaos Emerald, he will turn more powerful: Chaos 0, Chaos 2, Chaos 4,Chaos 6 & Perfect Chaos.
To get to the chaos crypt you will have to go to SHADOWFALL and talk to GRAVELYN and do the CHAOS CRYPT quest.

Theoretically, any faction can team up with another, as long as you have a good enough reason. Technically, Necrons and Chaos are enemies, so they would never 'team up', per se, but one could create a feasible story in which they both work to exterminate the Imperium. They wouldn't be working 'together' (because Necrons would kill any living thing--including Chaos Marines--on sight) but they would have the same goal.
No. The only armies in the game are Chaos or Space Marines. Being a necron player, I too wish they were in Warhammer 40k: Squad command.

You can do it yourself, all you'd need to do is add a few spikes here and there, and then it's all up to how you paint it. If you paint on a few demon faces here and there, as well as the mark of Chaos, they'd be convincing enough to pass as Chaos Space Marines.
Chaos Space Marines is a game for Pc that can be downloaded from the official Chaos Space Marines´s website or at some game stores such as GameStop, or Walmart.
No, only on possessed Chaos Space Marines.
Only certain ones, and you have to summon them. Look up how to in the chaos space marines codex. I believe they come in like reserves and you have to sacrifice an HQ.
