Excuse me but its all lies you can get Murkrow on platinum version (lvl 20). All you need is patience go to the Lost Tower in solaceon town on floors 2,3 & 4 at night. And poke fans if you have a dusk stone use it on your murkrow and it will evolve into a Honchkrow and belive me its a BEAST when it comes to battles
