You can only obtain Arcanine if you have a Pokemon Fire Red...... If you do, insert it in your DS(I) and start up Pearl. The go to Route 1 and use the pokeradar. eventually a Growlithe should appear. Then get a Fire Stone from underground or migrating or using the dowser. then evolve Growlithe.
