After you have beaten the Pokemon league and obtained the National Dex talk to Dawn`s little sister and she will say there is a swarm of smoochum up in Lake Acuity.Use a poke radar and a smoochum will appear.Some days she says different Pokemon.So come back to her each day and one day shell say theres a swarm of smoochum in Lake Acuity
