Go to iron gate with doctor eggman and get past level 3 and turn to your left (kill the robots first). Jump on the button to go on the platform. Break the box and jump on the button and go to the 2nd platform go and jump on the 3 buttons. Go and hover to the first pipe you see. Then hover to the 2nd pipe and at the end there is a dragon
