Where to find certain Pokemon?

Check your pokedex.... look for the Pokemon you want in your pokedex... press A when you get to the Pokemon to access it's info.. go to Area in info. Normally there's a highlighted area where that Pokemon can be found.

Unless you are searching for legendaries....Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Regice, Regirock, Registeel, Latios/Latias..

Groudon & Kyogre- Go to Weather Institute (South West of Fortree City) talk to the guy in the lab coat on 2nd floor.. Kyogre (there's a rainstorm on rt. _______) Groudon (there's a drought on rt. _______) Go to the route he tells you and you can catch Kyogre and Groudon. (only available after beating Pokemon league)

Rayquaza- Sky pillar (east of Pacifilog town) first make sure you have a MACH BIKE there will be breaking in the ground where you can fall through... Pokemon will show up often and they will slow you down causing you to not gain enough speed to make it past these breakings without falling through.. so you might want a few super or max repels to prevent this. Rayquaza is the only legendary available before the Pokemon league... I suggest you wait until you can go to the Battle Frontier.. Hopefully you still have your master ball and you can clone it ( ill tell u later)

Latios/Latias- After beating the Pokemon league... a special news flash will air on your tv. "News flash a Beep colored Pokemon was seen flying around the vicinity of route 119." your mom will ask which color Pokemon the reporter said and you choose between Red and Blue... Red= Latias, Blue= Latios.. You do not want to fly they will move when you change your location.. and you will only run into them by luck...

Either have a Pokemon with Shadow tag or keep your master ball. Shadow tag will prevent Latios/Latias from fleeing (which they will do if you attack/ try to catch and they escape. However you can track them by looking at your map. Ground type like Arena Trap won't work since Latios/Latias have the ability levitate.

You need the Eon ticket for the other one that you didn't choose. You can transfer this to Emerald from Ruby or Sapphire.

Regirock, Regice, Registeel- After you get the national dex fly to pacifilog town. You need Wailord first in your party and Relicanth last.. you also need a Pokemon knowing Dig. Surf west of Pacifilog town and the currents will carry you. There is a small area of deep water (you can dive) surrounded by currents. try to land there.. if you miss fly back to Pacifilog and try again.. Dive at the deep spot.. go all the way down read the braille and dive to go back up again.. you will be inside a cave. go to the back and read the braille. Use Dig. enter the next room and read the braille. An earthquake and the ruin doors will open for you to catch the regis...

Regice- Route 105 (between Dewford and Petalburg) Fly to Dewford (its closer) surf until you see an island with a hiker walking up and down Surf left. surf up when a path appears there will be ruins there.. Go to back read braille run around room counter clockwise staying close to the walls.

Registeel- Route 111 (desert between Mauville and Fallarbor) Enter the desert and go left a little then go down until you see the ruins. Go to the middle of the room and use Flash.

Regirock- Route 120 (between Lilycove and Fortree) go west of lilycove until you come to the girl that gives you the berries. go up the stairs and past the grass the enter the ruins. Read braille.. Take 2 steps left. 2 steps down. use Rock Smash.

Clone Pokemon/ items... keep your special items you can only get so many of (master ball, rare candy) store all of your party Pokemon in boxes take out a weaker one like magikarp. save your game.. take out a Pokemon you want to clone. give that Pokemon your master ball to hold.. save your game again... put the Pokemon with the master ball in any box.. save your game again... take the same Pokemon out and go to the girl closest to the PC. talk to her enter magikarp and other Pokemon for battle tower link multi battle... she will ask to save your game.. when it says "Saving game do not turn power off" turn off your game and turn it back on.... at the menu screen it will say"the save file is corrupted, the previous save file will be opened" You should still be in front of the woman closest to the PC. Go to the PC. you should have the Pokemon you cloned in your party and in your box you put it in before you talked to her.. you should also have 2 master balls... repeat this until you have as many master balls and rare candies as you like.. PS. the more you have, the more Pokemon you can take out and clone at a time. you now have 2 master balls repeat all of the previous, but take out 2 Pokemon you want to clone, you will get 4 master balls, then clone 4 Pokemon you will get 8 master balls... doing this you can get more of what you want faster. now go get the legendaries. You only need a maximum of 30 master balls.
