You can get electric Pokemon on Leafgreen by going in the Power Plant. You have to go upwards from the Pokemon Center near the Rock Tunnel until you reach water then surf through the water till you see a Pokemaniac (The Pokemon trainer there) stop there and go ahead and at last you will see a tall and big building, it is the Power Plant.

You get a Tri-Pass or Rainbow Pass and go to Two Island where a person in a house tells you he can help Pokemon relearn moves. You need a Big Mushroom or two Tini Mushrooms and he will teach your Pokemon a move they have forgotten. **Big Mushrooms are sometimes found equiped to wild Parasect (Safari Zone) while Tiny Mushrooms are rarely found on wild Paras (Safari Zone). You should note that Heart Scales do not work with this particualr Move Tutor.
