You need a Big Mushroom or two Tini Mushrooms and he will teach your Pokemon a move they have forgotten. **Big Mushrooms are sometimes found equiped to wild Parasect (Safari Zone) while Tiny Mushrooms are rarely found on wild Paras (Safari Zone). You should note that Heart Scales do not work with this particualr Move Tutor.
